We have an electric stove, and I’ve been wondering if it’s possible to replace it with a gas stove. I really have no idea how that kind of thing works, but gas, though more expensive in the long run, would be so nice should we lose power. Without electricity, electric stoves won’t work (obviously), but a gas stove would. That’s how my in-laws weathered the Blizzard of 93. It’s something to think about for down the road.
